Dr. Worsley has been working as a dentist in SETX for 18 years. He is a graduate from University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Worsley was a class representative for his school and also inducted into the Tau Kappa Omega Dental Honor Society. He received his Undergraduate Degree in Human Biology from the University of Montana. Dr. Worsley enjoys gardening, traveling, and watching Korean Dramas with his wife. Service is an important quality to Dr. Worsley. Improving the lives of those we serve by following the Platinum Rule, is Dr. Worsley’s goal for All NeedZ Dental. Dr. Zach takes a gentle approach, easing any concerns you might have by providing valuable patient education. He listens so he can best understand your particular needs. Then he strives to provide the highest standard of personalized dental care using his skilled training in the latest advances in dental technology. He is the oldest child in his family and was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. Growing up, he lived in various places in Utah, Montana and California. As a teenager, he was very active in sports (cross country, wrestling, track) and Scouts, receiving his Eagle Scout award. He served a religious mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Latvia for two years, speaking the Latvian and Russian languages. He attended University of the Pacific, with an undergraduate focus in Applied Sciences. He went to dental school at University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. He and his wife Aubrie have four sons. Dr. Zach looks forward to continuing to serve you.
Lanie Bingham is a Dental Hygenist at All NeedZ Dental. She has been working with Dr. Worsley and Dr. Zach for the past 20 years, making sure their patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Lanie grew up in Mauriceville and went to Lamar receiving her Associates in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yard work, spending time at the lake and with family. She is always ready to help and comes to work with a smile on her face!
Lindsay McKinney is a Registered Dental Hygienist at All NeedZ Dental. She is a graduate of Lumberton High School. After high school Lindsay moved away to study Public Health at Brigham Young University-Idaho. Following her time in Idaho she pursued a degree in Dental Hygiene from San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia, CA. She worked as a dental hygienist for 7 years in California before moving back home to Texas. She is happy to be apart of the All NeedZ Dental team and hopes to provide comfort and compassion to each and every patient.
Nicole Miller is a Dental Hygenist at All NeedZ Dental. She has been working with Dr. Worsley and Dr. Zach for the past 14 years, making sure their patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Nicole grew up in Orangefield TX and went to Panola Junior College receiving her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, traveling, diamond art, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She is always ready to help and comes to work with a smile on her face!
Savannah Garess is a Dental Hygienist at All Needz Dental. She has been working for Dr. Worsley for the past 4.5 years, making sure their patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Savannah grew up in Warren, Texas and went to Lamar Institute of Technology where she received her associates degree in applied science in dental hygiene. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is always ready to help and comes to work with a smile on her face!
Pam Lewis is an RDA at All NeedZ Dental. She has been working with Dr. Worsley and Dr. Zach for the past 10 years, making sure patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Pam grew up in Warren TX. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and crocheting. She is always ready to help patients in any way possible with her bright and cheery manor always on full display.

Donna Harrison is the office manager at All NeedZ Dental. She has been working with Dr. Craig Worsley for the past 18 years and with Dr. Zach Worsley for the past 10 years. Donna grew up in Kountze and went to Kountze High School. In her spare time she enjoys camping, gardening, sports, and spending time with her 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Donna is the glue that binds the All NeedZ Dental team together and the grease that keeps the office running smoothly. Donna is highly skilled at all things insurance and loves to help patients with all their questions and concerns.
Kim Worsley is the HR/Payroll Manager at All Needz Dental. She has been working with Dr. Worsley for the last 18 years. She grew up in southern California but has been in the SETX area raising her family for the last 18 years. When she's not in the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, crafting, watching K dramas, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Brooklyn is a receptionist/insurance coordinator for All Needz Dental. She grew up in SETX and graduated DAP from Vidor High School in 2009. Brooklyn learned computer skills in Keyboarding, Digital Graphics, Computer Maintenance, Computer Tech 1 & 2, as well as competing in SkillsUSA Texas Tech Competition multiple years. Brooklyn brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the team along with true client compassion. She has been working with Dr. Worsley for a year and a half. Brooklyn makes sure patients are well taken care of, answering questions of all types and finding appointments and other solutions as per their needs and wants. Brooklyn is a devoted wife and mother, and in her spare time enjoys cooking, camping, gaming, and gardening.
Cara is an insurance coordinator/front desk receptionist with All Needz Dental. She has been working for our office for 1 year. Cara grew up in Louisiana and SETX. During her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children. She also enjoys days spent at the lake/beach, reading, and in the colder months a good bonfire. At the office she strives to bring each and every one of our patients a welcome, helpful, and comforting experience.
